Amazing start! Felt so strong for 1st minute going firm 28+ spm. Settled and was steady on 2:05 after a minute. Tried to hold it but right on edge of aerobic limit though could easily sprint much harder, so kinda turned in to an interval session. I think strength has increased but aerobic capacity diminished. I will need to ergo lots to get it back! Tough ergo.
