PS data; Tempus Fugit; I exported this to Strava (the original, 3" version was already on S) and, while it didn't show up as a new workout and I didn't get the checkmark here, it appears to have updated the Strava version and hence the ICU workout to 1". Note the HR spike in the 1st work interval. In this 1" version, resampling made it look more benign so I am keeping the 3" version.
