Classic crash and burn. Felt great for the first 4k, but the reality if my lack of aerobic fitness quickly caught up with me. Also, first time I’ve had any trouble with the Polar H9 chest strap. I did connect to my watch first if that means anything. Can’t remember how it connected to the erg… via ANT? Polar? Don’t know
