First full marathon and not a lot of rowing leading up to it. Quads started cramping with about 7k left. had to be careful to keep them from seizing up. during the last 800 meters i couldn't straighten my legs for fear of them locking up. when it was all over had trouble standing or moving because of the quads, but my ass was worse. sits bones extremely tender.
