Training: Technical Interval Row, alternating between a complete stroke cycle finishing with no pause into the push down and wrist roll to the return and catch, and a legs-only stroke cycle, with attention paid to starting with heels down and return bringing the shins to near vertical with minimal heel lift. Arms are extended throughout the cycle, and shoulders are level and never rounded.
