Tough workout! By the 3rd interval, I was in survival mode after going too hard in the second interval. I preserved and finished the fourth interval better than the third. In the end, I bettered my previous attempt making marginal gains across the board: Average pace per 500m 2:03.8 was better by 1.4’, and total interval distance rowed, 3875m, better by a total of 47m. All of which made it easier to catch breath afterwards.
