Easy Row: Recovering from yesterday’s fall while out running. Suffered cuts and abrasions to the palms of both hands. My left side took the brunt of the impact , with abrasions to my knee and elbow. In doing this row, due to stiffness on my left side I felt my stroke to unbalanced. This will now become a recovery week, allowing my wounds to closeup. No heavy pulls or workouts. As result, I will not be pursing the Rowlimpics Challenge.
