WOD: 3(2000m +3:00 rest at recovery pace). To mix things up, have added doing C2’s recommend Workout of the day. The only restriction that I place is must be suitable to follow my previous day’s Workout , nor be unsuitable for my preparation for the next day WO. E.g.: a sprint WO may not follow or proceed a sprint WO. This to permit recovery and minimize over training.
