5000m Recovery Row: Multiple days of snowfall, bring multiple of shovelling to clear my driveway and walkway. The is now banked higher than my height.
In addition, I am participating in the online realtime virtual Ocean Race , which mean that as in real live onboard, I am following a watch rotation for sleep and to do my errands, so that I work on my course routing, navigation, weather analysis and racing tactics and strategies. In short, while I am getting 6 to 7 hours sleep, I am just not getting it in all at once. So I need to be on top of my recovery, in order to keep pushing myself hard mentally and physically over the few months.
