5000m Easy! Training hard over the few weeks, competing in online realtime ocean sailing, which has me keeping a broken sleep watch schedule, plus everything else that life has to throw at me, so it is no surprise that today due to lack of sleep that I am feeling fatigue. Not that I am complaining, rather I am happy with it all, but have to acknowledge that I am not Super-Man! :)
