7500m Training Row: First row of the 2023-2024 rowing season. This year’s is to row ≈>2520000m. My running season is already underway and will be my primary endurance sport until the month of November, during which time rowing will serve more as a non-impact recovery session. This then get more serious from December through to April. That’s my plan.
