Training: Targets; Average Watts ≈> 110W, Stroke +/- 25 SPM, and HR Zone 2. This session was perfect in its consistency in terms of the SPM and average wattage output per stroke. Breathing was not labored. RPE 4. Looking back this month‘s 5000m rowed this one was the best to date and my VO2 max has improved along with my overall strength.
