I cannot run or jog due to a hip replacement, and Wisconsin winters limit my options for other exercise. Rowing with a Concept2 machine allows me a convenient pathway to aerobic fitness. While I have been rowing since March, 2010, recently, after several years of sporadic rowing, I suffered a cardiac infarction (March, 2025). In consultation with my cardiologist, I used my Concept2 machine as a major part of my rehabilitation, and I am now rowing for my life.
