Live in Neath, Director at Insight (occupational health). Main work history - qualified as a nurse in 1993, few years in the RAF and helped set up insight 10 yrs ago. Main role now realated to Ergonomics and Human Factors.
Married, four kids, Main sports - Previously running but from 2005 - 2016 costal rowing. Been dabbling with swimming, cycling and running over the past three years with a little bit load carrying in the Brecon Beacons (military style) thrown in and cross country skiing.
