Joe K "POW" workout. 10 min warmup then: 5 sets of: 5 x 20 on/10 off with 3 min rest between each set. sets 1,2 @24, 3,4@26, 5@28. Max pressure on every stroke. First 3 strokes of each 20 are builders. This is essentially 10 minute sets of: 1'on,30"off then paddle until 10 minutes and do whole thing again
