Easy pace for first hour, stroke at 20
for 30 minutes, then 22 for 10', 20 for 20, 22 for 10 etc. spm increased as time wore on with average of 22-24 for the final hour with some brief intervals of 26. Felt good overall. Probably sit on a towel to absorb sweat and reduce chafing.
