4x1k w/ 5'r Cycle 3, Week 3 Pete Plan. Three-tenths of a second per 500m faster than 12/16, 2.1 seconds faster overall. That was hard. Amazing how workout feels like kind of a failure because last rep was so much slower than 12/16 final rep. Tired, Almost time to start tapering.
