Lowered the damper level from 10 to 4, and then 5. Took some getting used to. Increase SM by 3 points. Felt workout concentrated more on the abs. Calorie decreased by 50 points. I will stick with this setting for a week and review. RE: Read notes on increasing stroke rate and decreasing damper setting on line.
