Goals, in order of importance:
- make it 3k at target 5k race pace [succeeded]
- finish the remaining 2k [succeeded]
- every 500m, give choice of going as slow as marathon pace for 30s before getting back to 1:50 or faster pace [failed]
I failed last goal because I went slower than marathon pace in the 30s off, and slower than 1:50 in the remaining on periods.
