OAR Studio is an indoor rowing and strength training space in the river town of Lambertville, New Jersey. OAR, short for Organized Athletic Rowing, provides a welcoming and uplifting environment for folks of all rowing training levels, ages and backgrounds and who want to designate indoor rowing as the foundation of their fitness routines.
