BarX Ergomaniacs

We are a group of Rowing and Skiing Ergomaniacs and members of the BarX Crossfit community in St. Louis, MO. BARx opened with one simple goal in mind……to create a cool place to work out with our friends. To this day, more than 3 years later, that approach remains. This was never meant to be a business endeavor and the “business” will never drive our decision making process. Whether it is investing in new equipment (like a trailer or rig) or in our people, BARx spares no expense in providing the experience our members desire. CrossFit means a lot of different things to a lot of different people, but the simple, overriding goal is improving our overall quality of life through health and fitness. This gym is not the product of one or two people but the sum of ALL the people. It is truly a special place, and can be for anyone that is willing to commit to it. Whether you’re new to CrossFit or a veteran competitor, you’ll find a warm welcome at BARx CrossFit. You’ll find people who cheer for you when you take on new challenges, commiserate with you after tough workouts, and celebrate with you along every step of your fitness journey. What brings us together is our common dedication to a constant pursuit of a healthier, happier life, developed partly, through fitness.
