Maher's ToughFit

We are a mixed cross-training class comprised of approximately 15 people. The aspect of preparing for life and the unknown is our way of pushing our bodies beyond its' known limits in lieu of any situation life may throw at us. Our class is composed of EMT's, Nurses, Dental Hygienist, Police Officer's, Teachers, Office/Human Resource Personnel, Doctor's and stay at home mom's. Embracing challenges such as these are some of the ways we look to excel as a class and better ourselves for our families.
