UK Lions Rowing Team

A virtual rowing team comprising of members from across the United Kingdom for the purpose of competing in online competitions and challenges. Membership is always open to people from all over the UK regardless of age, gender or ability. There is only one caveat and that is that all members must be willing to row a minimum of 5000m per day on average throughout a challenge or competition period. This can me made up of a few long runs, lots of shorter runs, interval work or however you wish to tackle it. First challenge will be the January Teams challenge. Starting 01/01/21
