The Final Cutters

Current and "retired" major network news editors. Members began their careers editing 16mm and/or 35mm film, moving to videotape (machine to machine followed by Grass Valley, CMX, Sony) and then non-linear technology to finish the story and make air. Circumstances include meeting deadlines and working in a wide range of comfort, from boring to exquisite edit rooms, as well as creating in the field or on a Lear Jet.
