BachmanROC Rowing Club

Raising awareness of competitive youth rowing targeted principally to Dallas Independent School District youth and families ideally, but not exclusively, near Bachman Lake, (with historically limited access to this sport), to launch an on-the-water high school, collegiate and masters rowing program. We were inspired by Arshay Cooper's book & movie: "A Most Beautiful Thing," the story of the first all-black high school rowing team in America, Our "mantra" is "Learn to Swim, Learn to ERG, Learn to Row, Go to College."
