SCOTLAND THE WAVE • WORLD'S TOUGHEST ROW 2025

In December 2025, we will row 3000 miles across the Atlantic Ocean, raising money for Breast Cancer UK, RNLI, SCAA & Simba Charity. www.scotlandthewave.com Rowing 2 hours on and 2 hours off continuously for up to 60 days. Living off of rehydrated foods, salt sores, sleep deprivation, sea sickness, 40ft waves, wild storms and a few visits from whales, sharks and blue marlins... The ultimate endurance race across the world's second-largest ocean. We are a team of 4 women from Scotland who have chosen to push ourselves physically and mentally to raise both money and awareness for each of our chosen charities, achieve the unachievable, and attain a world-record along the way!
