Welcome to the Driftless Vikings, the fiercest rowing team to ever set sail (virtually, of course) from the rolling hills of Mount Horeb, Wisconsin! While the Driftless Area may lack oceans or fjords, we bring the Viking spirit to our Concept2 RowErgs, conquering meters like our ancestors conquered the seas. Our team is built on grit, humor, and a love of rowing so strong it makes us forget how much our quads are burning. We might not have a coastline, but we do have heart—and a healthy dose of stubbornness. We believe rowing isn't just a workout; it's a lifestyle, a battle cry, and sometimes, a weirdly competitive obsession. As one of the few rowing teams from this neck of the woods, we take pride in representing Mount Horeb and the Driftless Area in competitions. Whether you're a seasoned rower or someone who just Googled "What is a RowErg?" five minutes ago, you're welcome here.
