Island Rowing Club - Friends of FIT Rowing Assn.

We are a group of rowers who rowed at Holy Spirit High School in and/or Florida Institute of Technology. As the Friends of FIT Rowing, we are a collection of rowers who welcome camaraderie as well as competition. This club has roots going back to 2009 and includes many people who never rowed for either but enjoy the community atmosphere of IRC-FFRA. We have also convinced some non-rowing friends and family to join us as well. Our first Challenge was WRC,09 and we strive to improve our standing each time. The FFRA side of our club represents the collective drive of all team members to support the men's and women's rowing programs at FIT and to get the varsity status reinstated by the university.
