Thanks for taking part of this group effort. We will compete against the world, but more importantly we are getting ready for the upcoming race season and improving our health! Remember- Practice makes perfect only if you execute good form. Look at online erg video and erg in front of a mirror. If you are going pull the handle a billion times you might as well be form perfect!
