Cutting Edge Fitness Hammers

Cutting Edge Fitness is North Iowa’s Premier Fitness Center. We focus on fitness and personal well-being by offering state of the art Cybex equipment, group fitness, personal training, raquetball, and tanning. As a member and employee of this gym, I decided to Captain a virtual team when I received the Virtual Team Challenge email from Concept2. I rowed in college and continue to use a Model D rower, the same rower here at the gym, and thought I would encourage others to find a place in the vast rowing community online, and take advantage of the benefits provided by using this amazing piece of equipment! I'm excited to see who I can rope into this challenge and whom I can get hooked on it as well! Lord knows I'm a lifer! :D
