Wentworth Rowing Team

Hey Boys, I know Ryan wants us in the weight room but we should also try to get a decent amount of meters in this summer as well and i figured here is a good place to log this. This is some good friendly competition between the whole team. Dont slack off boys the summer is fun but it is also a good opportunity to get stronger and become an overall better rower.
