Ailish Sheehan All Stars
Well, it's 10 years since we lost Ailish.
What deep sadness, but what great joy to row / run / remember alongside her mum, dad and sisters.
Thank you for joining the team again - one of my favourite annual milestones and a lovely nudge to remember Ailish.
Please do invite anyone along who might like to join us as an Ailish Sheehan All Star.
Please also tick the box for receiving team captain emails - the messaging on this app is terrible.
Have a great row!
(Also have you tried the EXR rowing app? I've been using it for a year, and it's great - almost makes the erg enjoyable! If you fancy joining group rows / having a training partner, contact me via EXR (Austinmilne) or email on austinxmilne@gmail.com)
