MINNESOTA METER EATERS

Sorry Everybody, but we are inactive. I will not be adding anyone to the team. Sincerely, - Thomas Major Oh, they came from Minnesota, so a lot of people say. They could row a million meters all in less than half a day! Oh, they erg in the backwoods, with no ‘spenders, shorts or socks. They were famous as the Spartans, and their muscles were like rocks! Oh, first they’d catch and then they’d drive, just like a raging mule. Drinking milk and pounding eggs, the endless search for fuel. Oh, no crew like them was better, and no challenge was too great; If, so, facing the great Ocean, they would never hesitate. Oh, they’d rip their chains as fire steel, and light the Northern sky! With each stroke and mighty heave, their boats would nearly fly. The Minnesota Meter Eaters—were these men of old; Some would claim that at their Zenith, their efforts were too bold. But with a shoulder chip and point to prove, these men are back and free; With erg in tow and grit to spare, they have come to row ... and row to victory!
