We combine different sports and activities to create a good physical condition. Running, Cycling, Rowing, Kettlebell, Weightlifting, Bodyweight Exercises, Mobility Drills. We try to optimize every workout and go for the best results with the least amount of effort offcourse. We use the Concept2 and the SkiErg. Join our team and create a good health with lots of fun.
