Been in the RN for just under 18 years now and played most sports. Competitively Rugby Union, Track Cycling, Road Cycling and Field Gun. Injury forced me to give up playing Rugby and as such I wanted something to focus my efforts on outside of the Field Gun season. After a poor time at my first 2k I vowed I was going to aim at a sub 7 min place. I have two children, one boy called Noah who is 9 and a girl called Florence who is 2. One is also on the way March 16.
