I have four days to do the 1k, March 4-8, and I skipped the “it’s just 6k” Strava workout last week. So I wanted to do that workout but also do a somewhat accurate pace to use as a guide for the real thing. I went with the recommended pace for the Splash workout just to see what happened and it was too easy for a time trial. Idk what I’ll shoot for next week. Maybe a 2:10 pace.
