Hi guys, totally out of nowhere i was diagnosed with diabetes2 , this happened late 2015. What to do? “No alcohol, low fat diet.“ Forget it 🙄 no, no, buy a Concept2 and start work out. I live a good life with Concept2 and a drop of red wine now and then. 🍷 ps. lost 10 kg within a year. 🚣♂️ good luck.
