This one was inspired by Amanda doing one today, and by the Holiday Challenge.

I did it at home. My goal was to go faster than on the prev HM, yet keep my rate at 18. I succeeded.

I planned to stop a few times to drink water. The first time I stopped, I opened the balcony door and drank water. That took away so much time (the pace boat was so far ahead) that I did not dare stop again.

In the last 1,500m my right foot was on the verge of cramping. And now my right thigh feels weird.
