This one did not feel as good as last time. I went out too hard. I paid too much attention to split rather than just rate. The 4th and 5th intervals were the worst-feeling. On the 6th I accepted that I am tired and that my split won’t be what I want it to be, and focused exclusively on rate. That was a relief. The 7th and 8th felt good.
