was an athlete and runner all my life. I wish I would have taken up rowing earlier- great sport There sure is a lot of technique to learn if one wants to get better. I am fortunate to have Iskra Balchev 4 time Olympic rower and 1980 olympic silver medalist and many time age group world champion on the water both as a coach and to work out with.
