Iskra was a 4 time Olympian and silver medalist in the 1980 Olympic game and many time world age group champion on the water. In the past Iskra has been the indoor age group world champion in Boston with a 7;14 2000 meter and 2014 age group champion in the 2014 Arizona Indoor Championships . We are very fortunate to have her as coach Meryl was a world class skier and traveled the world competing. Bob was 20th in the 1979 Chicago marathon and Arizona Indoor Rowing age group Champion in 2014. Iskra, Meryl and Bob have devoted a good part of their lives to their love of fitness
