I was involved in Track Athletics from the under 8's to the 70+ age groups (latterly 200-400 m) until my right knee gave up the ghost. I had long rowed as part of my cross-training so in November (2017), I decided to specialise. I bought a C2 D and installed it in my home gym. So far so good. (April 2003).
