25yr REME veteran with a few pounds to lose around the middle which is more stubborn to lose the older I get. Have used the C2 during my military career in small doses I invested in a model E after I left in 2014.

With rotundness (and short legs!😂) comes poor technique and adaptation but it’s very addictive and provides time to switch off; although more of a plodder these days I’ll get there 😂
