Running long slow distance was main workout for 25+ years then switched to rowing. Concept 2 logbook 'training partner' requests honored and welcome. My definition of training partner: someone who can look at your C2 workout data for ideas and occasional inspiration-that's about all I ever do is look to see what some of my training partners have done lately. I have 19 training partners as of 2/18/2024 and more always welcome, any age.
