In my early 20's I rowed on a Precor piston based simple rowing machine. Eventually it failed and I didn't resume rowing until I bought myself a Concept2 Model D rower as a 60th birthday gift to myself. My goal is to row for a minimum of 30 minutes each day as I feel fitness is a core value and requires that kind of commitment.
