Hadn't rowed on a Concept indoor rower for 15 years.
Previously (back in the day!), I rowed daily at the gym in work on a Concept 2.
I was always more of an endurance trainer, rowing 10K plus per session, up to six days a week.
For 'Red Nose Day' one year, in the gym at work, I rowed 100K on a Concept 2, for charity, in 11 hours - taking a ten minute break after every 10K.
Yesterday (09 September 2020) I took delivery of a Model D - and I can't wait to get going on it.
