I've been indoor rowing a while, but just started logging here a couple years ago. I alternate days of rowing at home--usually a moderate pace one hour/10K--with a mile plus of lap swimming (at yet another moderate pace). Also do a lot of dog walking and gym work a few times a week for toning and core work. I love the time retirement gives me to do all these things!
