I'm competitive.
I've been a runner, a cyclist and a triathlon finisher. I've finished 70 triathlons including Ironman Lake Placid and Ironman Maryland.
In September 2024 I am taking "learn to row" classes at the Orlando Rowing Club, Orlando Florida, USA. It will be interesting to find out if I can row in sync with others or I should just continue to ERG the Concept2.
