I am the Senior Foreign Policy Advisor at the U.S. Transportation Command. Former NCAA Division I sprinter [10.64 (100m), 22.34 (200m)], now an erstwhile 5K runner (PR 22:33), and thankfully my hamstrings are intact. I just started on the erg in early 2024 and appreciate being able to quantify my progress and my suffering so exquisitely. I certainly admire some of the incredible athletes & performances that I see here.
