A Canadian Dad rowing for better health. I bought my Concept2 rower in February, 2024 as a means to improve my overall fitness and shed some excess dad-pounds. As of July 10, 2024 I am down to 215lb from 250lb in February, 2024. Since getting my indoor rower, my interest for rowing as a sport overall has increased drastically and I have begun looking into joining a local club to get out onto the water. For now, I'll keep pushing on that chain and logging meters.
